This CNET article will give you some good suggestions on how to get more clean space if your drive is getting full.
I'd like to say that getting to disk cleanup is easier for us by simply typing it in the search box.
To locate clean up system files, it will be at the bottom of the first list you find.

Thanks Wayners, and obviously you can still set disk cleanup to run as a
scheduled task.

Sure.
After I clean up the system files, I don't use it anymore.
I like C Cleaner for the rest.
I'd say these methods will work with Windows 8 and 7 too, but this article specificly does Windows 10.
The methods are just a little different, and I feel disk cleanup doesn't seem to work as well.
